Founded in 2015 as a 501(c)(3) organization, Torch 180 has been dedicated since 2016 to teaching crucial job skills in the food service industry. The café operates Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, offering guests a simple, affordable, and memorable dining experience while supporting a meaningful cause. Students at Torch 180 receive comprehensive training in food safety, basic food preparation, and customer service skills, with opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications including ServSafe, Rise Up, and OSHA credentials.
