Founded by Mike and Doug, two passionate breakfast enthusiasts who spent 15 years following the Dave Matthews Band and dreaming of the perfect brunch spot, The Egg Bistro was hatched on October 22, 2007 in Chesapeake before expanding to Virginia Beach. The restaurant sources the freshest local ingredients from Virginia and North Carolina whenever possible, and proudly serves their own locally roasted coffee, bringing bold flavor to every cup.
