Taormina Ristorante is an authentic Sicilian fine dining experience located in Kenilworth, New Jersey, at 482 Boulevard. Under the expert leadership of Master Chef and Owner Sal Taormina, who was born in Palermo, Sicily, the restaurant offers exceptional Italian cuisine that has earned a loyal following in the Garden State. Chef Sal attended the prestigious Santa Lucia Sabbie d'Oro in Cefalu, Sicily, where he earned top honors for three years, and further refined his craft working in renowned restaurants throughout Italy in Udina, Padua, and Palermo. The menu features house-made pastas including linguini with clams, cacio e pepe, rigatoni vodka, and pasta bolognese, alongside expertly prepared secondi such as osso buco, filet mignon with vino rosso, pork chop with peppers, and fresh seafood dishes including whole fish dinner and swordfish Livornese. The elegant dining room provides the perfect backdrop for special occasions, romantic dinners, and family gatherings. Open Tuesday through Friday for lunch from 12pm to 3pm, and dinner from 5pm to 10pm, Saturday from 4:30pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 3pm to 8pm. Closed Mondays. Reservations are recommended and valet parking is available in the front or around back. The restaurant is conveniently located just minutes from the Garden State Parkway at Exit 138.
