Today, that mysterious history has been transformed into warm hospitality and delicious food. Founded by Bill Cuello, a passionate hospitality entrepreneur, the café opened its doors on October 1st, 2020, during challenging COVID times, yet managed to grow through resilience and genuine customer care. The menu showcases the best of American brunch classics alongside authentic Dominican dishes that honor cultural heritage. Every pancake, waffle, and French toast is made from scratch daily. Signature dishes include the indulgent Brunch Board with crispy bacon, sausage, fried chicken and Cajun syrup, the sweet Tres Leche French Toast soaked in three milks, and the unique Mangu Sliders featuring mashed plantains, fried cheese, fried egg, and sausage.
