Founded by owner Steve, who actively participates in daily operations, this unique establishment offers simple yet delicious food for everyone, including perfectly crafted coffee drinks, fresh sandwiches, hearty salads, flaky pastries, and delightful treats. What sets Spoke & Art apart is their exceptional cyclist-focused amenities: a 24/7 conditioned restroom for trail users, a well-equipped fixit station for last-minute bike maintenance, and a refreshing water station with fountain, bottle fill, and a dog bowl for furry companions. Visitors can rent trail cruiser bikes for $20 for two hours, $30 for four hours, or $45 for a full day, with helmets included. The beautiful outdoor space features a shaded deck surrounded by trees, lawn seating, and a welcoming front porch perfect for families and pets. Live music graces the deck every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4pm from April through October, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Open Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, and Sunday 8am-5pm.
