ShinBay is Arizona's premier and only dedicated omakase restaurant, located in the heart of Scottsdale at 3720 North Scottsdale Road. Led by Executive Chef Tanaka Ken, who brings over 30 years of mastery in traditional Japanese cuisine, ShinBay offers an intimate, immersive dining experience that has earned recognition from the James Beard Foundation as a semifinalist. The restaurant features two nightly seatings at 5:45 PM and 8:00 PM, where guests embark on a meticulously crafted 12-15 course culinary journey showcasing the finest fresh seafood flown in daily. The $285 per person tasting menu highlights seasonal ingredients prepared using time-honored techniques, with dishes that reflect Chef Ken's prestigious background including his tenure as Executive Chef at Kaiseki in Japan. The intimate space accommodates up to 13 guests for private dining, making it ideal for special occasions and celebrations.
