Shawnanigans LLC is a beloved family-owned restaurant and ice cream shop nestled in the Historic Village of Winona Lake, Indiana. Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Shawn and Carrie Bianchini, this establishment has become a cornerstone of the local community, offering exceptional food and warm hospitality. Shawn serves as Chef/Owner, bringing years of culinary experience from fast food to fine dining, while Carrie handles hospitality coordination, customer experience, and social media. The restaurant specializes in hand-scooped ice cream and gourmet sandwiches, with a commitment to fresh, delicious food and allergen-friendly options so everyone can enjoy eating well. Social Ice Cream & Sandwich Shop operates Monday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, and Friday and Saturday until 10pm, closed on Sundays. The business also runs the concession stand at the Miller Sunset Pavilion, serving brunch during the Farmers Market season from May through October and operating when the ice rink is open from November to March. The pavilion hosts the Saturday morning Farmers Market from 8am to 1pm, rain or shine. Shawnanigans also offers catering services and features a conference room called Sunrise Room available for private rentals, making it perfect for meetings, family gatherings, and special events.
