The couple, originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, drew inspiration from their extensive travels and passion for wine culture to create a unique venue that has earned multiple accolades including the prestigious KEGGY People's Choice Award from Free Flow Wines in 2018 and recognition as Best Wine Bar in Michigan by Best Things Michigan. The wine program, developed with guidance from Detroit sommelier Mindy Lopus, features an impressive selection of wines by the glass and bottle, including their innovative wine-on-tap program. Chef Steve Grostick of Toasted Oak fame curated a menu of elegant small plates designed to perfectly complement the beverage offerings. The craft cocktail program, crafted by renowned Detroit mixologist Thomas Miller, adds another dimension to the experience.
