Now operated by his daughter Carolyn Wietrzykowski, this family-owned restaurant has maintained its commitment to traditional recipes for over four decades, serving beloved dishes that transport diners straight to Poland. The menu features the restaurant's signature crispy potato pancakes, known as placki, golden-brown and perfectly fluffy inside, as well as handmade pierogi available in both savory and sweet fillings that have become a local favorite. Other standout dishes include the smoky Polish kielbasa, served as succulent medallions, and the Hungarian Pancake filled with cubed pork, earthy mushrooms, and vibrant green peppers atop a crispy potato pancake base. The warm, cozy atmosphere features authentic Polish-style decor that creates an enchanting ambiance reminiscent of a European village eatery. Polish Village Cafe also offers an upstairs party room perfect for celebrations, birthdays, and corporate events, with customizable catering packages available for off-site occasions. Open Monday through Wednesday from 11am to 9pm, Thursday through Saturday until 10pm, and Sundays from noon to 8pm, the restaurant accepts reservations for parties of six or more.
