The brewery is the brainchild of owners Phil and Dave, who bring nearly four decades of combined homebrewing experience to their venture. Dave Hellwege, with a biochemistry degree and over 35 unique beer recipes, leads the brewing program alongside brewers Matt Festa and Dillon Christie. The name "Off Square" reflects their philosophy of thinking and brewing outside the box, creating an eclectic lineup of beers ranging from crisp and clean to complex and wild. The brewpub features a full kitchen led by Chef Brian Laneve, offering a food menu that pairs perfectly with their rotating tap list.
