Using a wood-burning reverse flow smoker and blending hard and fruit woods, Dennis creates distinctive smoke flavors that elevate his meats to exceptional levels. The business launched in June 2016 in Michigan City, Indiana, before relocating to the Flint area where it now serves Genesee County communities at the Flint Farmers Market, local events, private parties, and even area apple orchards. Northern Smoke BBQ specializes in catering for all occasions, bringing authentic smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken to weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and community gatherings.
