Owners Derrick and Erica Hill, a husband-and-wife team, took over the business from original owner Ed Boniberger, who brought his bagel-making expertise from working at a Long Island bagel shop starting at age 15. The secret lies in Ed's original dough recipe, still used today, combined with the traditional boiling and baking method that creates that distinctive chewy exterior and soft interior. With over 25 daily bagel flavors and dozens of house-made cream cheese spreads, there's something for every palate. Popular options include the Everything bagel with butter, the Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese and bacon, and their famous bagel steamers loaded with toppings. The shop operates daily from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch options along with coffee and cold beverages.
