Magia Restaurant & Bar is a premier modern Italian dining destination located at 126 Newbury Street in Danvers, Massachusetts, just off Route 1 on the North Shore. Opened in 2021 by Executive Chef and Owner Richard Travaglione Jr., formerly of Giacomo's on Hanover Street and Riccardo's on North Street in Boston, Magia translates to Magic in Italian—a fitting tribute to his children's names, Mario and Gia. The restaurant offers the sophisticated look and feel of a swanky lounge while maintaining an approachable atmosphere that welcomes families, couples, and business guests alike. Menu highlights include house-made Giacomo's Squash Ravioli, fresh Frutti Di Mare pasta, premium Filet Mignon, flavorful Tuna Tartare, and signature pizzas topped with prosciutto and fresh figs. The beverage program features creative craft cocktails like the Bee Keeper with chocolate and Graham cracker rim, alongside an extensive wine list curated to complement Italian cuisine. Open Tuesday through Wednesday from 4pm to 10pm, Thursday from 12pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday until 11pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 9pm.
