Kingfisher Bar & Grill has been a beloved Tucson institution since 1993, serving the finest fresh seafood and upscale American fare in central Tucson. Located at 2564 East Grant Road, this locally owned and operated restaurant has earned the title of Best Seafood for more than 20 consecutive years. The menu showcases an impressive array of fresh oysters, shrimp, shellfish, and fish, alongside perfectly grilled meats and creative American dishes. Standout menu items include the famous baked macadamia nut crusted Hawaiian fish fillet with lemongrass beurre blanc, the indulgent grilled cheese sandwich with white cheddar, gorgonzola, and caramelized onions, and the classic fish and chips with beer-battered Hoki fillet. The award-winning beverage program, overseen by a Certified Sommelier, offers an extensive selection of wine, beer, spirits, and spirit-free options. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm in the bar area only. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday for lunch from 11am to 2pm and dinner from 4pm to 9pm, with Friday dinner service extending until 10pm. Closed Saturdays and major holidays including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
