The final touch involves baking at 500°F on wooden planks, being flipped halfway through for that signature crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside texture. Beyond exceptional bagels, the menu features an impressive array of deli meats, hand-crafted cream cheeses, gourmet salads, and the finest smoked and hand-sliced fish.
