High Tanks Brewing Company

High Tanks Brewing Company is a beloved family-owned craft brewery nestled in the heart of Arizona's Sonoran Desert, conveniently located just 15 minutes from Fortuna Foothills in the small town of Wellton. Founded in early 2022, this unique brewery pays homage to the rich history and legends of the region, with its name derived from the historic High Tanks watering hole along the infamous El Camino Del Diablo. Situated on the Naked Dates organic medjool date farm, the brewery offers an authentic desert experience surrounded by towering date palms and rugged mountain vistas. The main brewery and farm operates seasonally from November through April, welcoming guests Thursday through Sunday from 11am to 7pm at 13589 S Avenue 25 E. Their second location, the Taproom and Pizzeria, is open daily from 11am to 8pm Sunday through Thursday and until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays at 28881 Commerce Way. The brewery serves an impressive lineup of 12 signature craft beers including the Gila Hazy IPA with its citrus-forward Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hop profile, the rich and chocolatey Panchito's Porter, and the refreshing Desert Margarita Gose featuring bright lime and prickly pear. The venue also hosts regular live music events and offers catering for special occasions.
