Minoru Yoshida began his ramen journey in 1960s Tokyo when a bowl of ramen cost just $1.40, and his dream of bringing authentic Japanese ramen to America finally became reality with Fujiya Ramen's opening. The restaurant offers an extensive menu featuring tonkotsu ramen with rich pork broth, shoyu ramen with signature soy sauce, miso ramen, and the popular spicy miso ramen with corn and chashu.
