Unlike conventional banquet halls, The Flavor Lab creates menus that read like a fine restaurant—featuring signature dishes like coffee-rubbed prime rib with smokehouse zip sauce, artisan cheese ball bites with bacon and herbs, and lentil and walnut ragù for vegetarian guests. Their breakfast offerings include salted caramel French toast casserole that keeps guests coming back for seconds. Located at 812 N. Main Street in the Northpointe Centre, The Flavor Lab offers five distinct service levels: Express pickup, Direct drop-off delivery, Classic setup and cleanup, Signature buffet attendants, and Exclusive full VIP service. With over 15 years serving Oakland County and the greater Metro Detroit area, their professional kitchen team executes every event with precision. The company also operates The Flavor Lab Culinary Collective, a sister commercial kitchen supporting 30+ local food makers producing 100+ products nationwide. Whether planning an intimate dinner party, corporate celebration, or grand wedding, their experienced team works closely with clients to craft custom menus tailored to each occasion. Consultation hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 4pm, by appointment.
