Owner Scott Ross brings over a decade of Front of House experience from prestigious venues including Txikito, Tilth, and Goldfinch Tavern. Together, this husband-and-wife team has created an intimate 30-seat restaurant that feels both elegant and approachable. The menu changes seasonally, showcasing the bounty of Washington State's farms and waters. Diners can enjoy Happy Hour from 3pm to 5pm, featuring carefully crafted cocktails and bar snacks, followed by an ambitious dinner service from 5pm to 8pm Wednesday through Saturday.
