Dad's Sourdough Bakery, presented by Twizted Oak Gardens, is a beloved community bakery located at 604 S Columbus Ave in Goldendale, Washington. Since opening in 2022, this family-owned bakery has become a gathering place where strangers become friends over freshly baked sourdough loaves, warm cinnamon rolls swirled with cinnamon-sugar and topped with cream cheese glaze, and hearty breakfast burritos available in Jr (12") and Big Boy (14") sizes. The bakery sources its premium beef from local Bowdish Ranches, ensuring ethical and quality practices, while produce and eggs come from nearby farms for maximum freshness. Signature menu items include the Bacon Blue Burger featuring a blue cheese and bacon-stuffed 1/3 pound patty with house-made blue cheese aioli, French Toast Breakfast with bacon or sausage, and the Prime Rib Dip with oven-roasted prime rib on house-made sourdough.
