This space-themed eatery has become a staple for locals and visitors exploring the charming mountain town of Sylva in Jackson County. The menu features hand-made 7oz burgers pattied fresh daily, including the signature Blast-Off Burger topped with Swiss and American cheese, grilled onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, and your choice of ketchup, mustard, or mayo – with bacon available for an extra $2. Vegetarians rave about the house-made Veggie Burger, crafted from four types of beans, seasoned rice, carrots, celery, onion, red curry, cilantro, and oatmeal, grilled to perfection and topped with grilled onions and spicy brown mustard.
