The beverage program was crafted by Beverage Director Emily Nevin-Giannini and CCO Gretchen Thomas, the award-winning team behind Barcelona Wine Bar, emphasizing European wines from coastal regions that are as ingredient-driven as the food menu. Culinary Director Chef Emilio Garcia leads the kitchen, drawing on his Mediterranean influences and commitment to seasonal, local ingredients. The restaurant operates daily from 11:30am to 11pm Sunday through Thursday, and until 1am on Friday and Saturday, with happy hour running Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Weekend brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am to 3pm, featuring half-off bottles every Sunday.
