City One Stop

Nestled on Thrasher Road in the quiet town of Callisburg, Texas, City One Stop welcomes locals and travelers with a blend of hearty Texas fare and professional restaurant consulting. The modest, bright interior features reclaimed wood tables, soft pendant lighting, and a welcoming front counter where the staff greets guests by name. Signature items include a juicy, char‑grilled beef burger topped with melted cheddar, crisp lettuce, and a house‑made sauce that has earned rave reviews on Google. The chicken sandwich, marinated in a subtle blend of herbs and served on a toasted bun with avocado slices and tangy slaw, offers a lighter yet equally flavorful option. For dessert lovers, the homemade apple crumble and chocolate pudding are prepared daily, delivering comforting sweetness that rounds out the meal. Prices range from $10 for a sandwich to $18 for a full burger combo, making the venue an affordable family‑friendly spot. Beyond the kitchen, City One Stop provides expert consulting services, helping nearby eateries refine menus, train staff, and boost profitability; the consulting team is often praised for turning struggling concepts into thriving businesses. The restaurant operates Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm, with weekends closed, allowing the kitchen to focus on fresh preparation. Ample parking on the lot behind the building and easy highway access make it convenient for road‑trippers. Whether you’re stopping for a quick lunch, a relaxed dinner, or seeking guidance for your own restaurant, City One Stop delivers a warm Texas hospitality combined with culinary expertise. The friendly vibe and attentive service ensure every visit feels like a home‑cooked celebration.
