Chashu Ramen + Izakaya brings an authentic Japanese pub dining experience to the heart of downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. Located at 38 Franklin Street in the trendy Grid District, this restaurant masterfully blends traditional izakaya culture with modern East Asian fusion cuisine. Under the guidance of celebrated local chef Son Vo, Chashu offers an innovative menu featuring ramen bowls alongside small tapas-style plates that draw flavors from five Eastern cultures. The restaurant has recently expanded to include a limited sushi menu, giving visitors even more reasons to explore their offerings.
