Carving Rock Kitchen is Chattanooga's first dedicated brick-and-mortar gluten-free micro-bakery and café, located at 301 E ML King Blvd in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Founded to fill a void in the community, this unique establishment ensures that everyone in your party can enjoy a meal without worry, whether they have Celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or food allergies. The café operates Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, serving a delicious array of gluten-free comfort foods and beverages. Menu highlights include their famous Bavarian Pretzels (also vegan), mouthwatering cinnamon rolls, and a variety of cakes and pastries that seriously rival their gluten-containing counterparts.
