About
Nestled on Dunn’s River Road in Ocho Rios, Mystic Mountain is Jamaica’s premier eco‑friendly rainforest park where adventure meets culture. Since opening in 2008 the park has welcomed families, groups and solo travelers with a blend of thrilling rides and immersive Jamaican storytelling. The flagship attraction is the legendary bobsled ride, inspired by the Jamaican Olympic team, that darts through the canopy on a snowy‑free track while narrating tales of determination. Adjacent to the bobsled, the zipline adventure lets guests soar over the lush canopy, and the Raggamuffin zip‑line‑and‑rock‑climbing combo adds an extra dose of adrenaline. The Sky Explorer chairlift offers panoramic views of the coastline and the surrounding rainforest, perfect for photo‑ops. Visitors can enrich their day with optional excursions to nearby Dunn’s River Falls, Konoko Falls, the Blue Hole, or the beachside Margaritaville venue. On‑site dining serves authentic Jamaican cuisine – think jerk chicken, curried goat, fresh tropical fruit smoothies, and rum‑infused desserts – in a relaxed open‑air pavilion surrounded by tropical foliage. The park also features a souvenir shop stocked with locally crafted art, clothing, and memorabilia, as well as professional photography services to capture the moment. Opening hours run Tuesday to Thursday 8 am‑5 pm, Friday to Sunday and public holidays 9 am‑6 pm (June 1 – August 30 2026), with the last general admission at 3 pm and zipline cut‑off at noon. Admission packages start at 7,000 JMD for the “Brawta Reloaded” experience and 9,500 JMD for the “Run Di Riddim Reloaded” adventure, both including unlimited rides on the bobsled and Raggamuffin.
