Travelled to Birmingham to come here and unfortunately I immediately felt unwelcome by the Indian staff working at the front of the shop. You should greet customers with a smile, I'm not sure why people would pay money to a business whose staff look at you as if you're the scum of the earth. Walked straight out and went to a much nicer cafe where I was met with a friendly vibe.
