I placed an order on the 18th of November and ended up waiting for over an hour with no updates at all. Eventually, I was told that there were no drivers available to deliver my food. I was assured that I would receive a refund, but despite contacting them again through email , I still have not received it. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication, the long wait, and the unresolved refund have all made this a very poor experience.
