I had a few recent visits and unfortunately noticed some recurring issues. One of the staff members, a young Indian girl, seemed more engaged in chatting and laughing with her coworker than assisting customers. It felt a bit unprofessional, especially when I was trying to ask questions and wasn’t getting her full attention. I was also overcharged twice, and both times I wasn’t provided with a receipt. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but after speaking with a colleague who had the same experience with the same staff member, I felt the need to say something. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as small issues like these can affect the overall customer experience
