I honestly think the staff members inside are so rude every time I call to make a collection order at 9 o’clock or 930 or 10 o’clock they tell me that we are now closed. We cannot take any orders since we are closed when on your website it says you close at 11 and this is not the first time. This is probably my sixth or seventh time. I’ve tried to make a collection order. They told me they are closed and I think this is honestly awful and obviously the management needs to know this and they need to do something about this .
