Yes, absolutely. Your VayaPin address (like MARIA86) is permanent regardless of which plan you're on. Upgrading to PRO unlocks additional features for your existing address - you don't create a new one or lose anything you've already set up.

You can downgrade, but you'll be limited to FREE tier restrictions. Your VayaPin address stays the same, and your existing content remains saved in your account - you just won't be able to add or display more than the FREE tier allows until you upgrade again.

The FREE tier doesn't include file attachments. If you downgrade, any files you uploaded in PRO will remain stored in your account but won't be visible on your public VayaPin until you upgrade again. Your Basic features remain fully accessible.

Annual plans auto-renew unless you cancel. You'll receive email reminders 30 days and 7 days before renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your Dashboard settings while keeping access until your paid period ends.

Each pin is managed from your account, so you technically create 3 separate VayaPin addresses (like ALEXHOME, SARAHWORK, or FAMILYCABIN) under your login. You could share login credentials with family, though each person using VayaPin would typically create their own account with their own VayaPins for better organization and privacy.

No limits on any plan. Share your VayaPin link and QR code unlimited times - 10 people or 10,000 people can view it. The only limit is API requests for merchant integrations (covered in separate API pricing), not personal sharing.

Yes! You can switch from monthly to annual billing anytime from your Dashboard. You'll be credited for the unused portion of your current monthly payment, and your annual subscription starts immediately with the discounted rate.

PRO features apply to ALL your pins. If you have the 5-pin PRO plan ($12/month), all 5 pins get unlimited files, password protection, custom QR branding, and every PRO feature. You're not paying per pin - you're paying for the feature set across however many pins your plan includes.

No. You only pay when customers actually use VayaPin to autofill their checkout. Manual address entries don't count as API requests. You're only charged for successful VayaPin lookups, not for having the integration available. This means your costs scale directly with VayaPin adoption.
