A new customer can create a free Pin as part of sign-up. ### What can my driver see when they open a Pin? Your driver sees everything the Pin owner has chosen to make public. The Pin owner decides what is shown, and access to anything beyond that is theirs to grant. ### How are gate codes and access notes kept safe? They're stored as secure information, separate from the public part of the Pin. Details such as delivery placement and gate codes are available only to companies that have installed the VayaCore Partner plugin. Even then, access applies only if the Pin owner has accepted that industry having access to their protected content. Without both, the information stays hidden. ### What happens when a customer moves? The customer updates their Pin and your records refresh automatically, with no re-collecting addresses or failed deliveries to the old place. ### Does it work where there are no postcodes or street names? Yes. A Pin is anchored to a GPS coordinate, not a building or postcode. That's why couriers, delivery platforms and NGOs in unaddressed areas are named audiences. ### Who owns the address data?
