Uformel

Uformel, nestled just two minutes from Copenhagen's iconic Rådhuspladsen in the vibrant Indre By, offers a refreshing take on fine dining. As the 'liberal younger brother' to the renowned formel B, we champion a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere with a lively soundtrack. Our kitchen, led by Chef Frederik Alexander Rudkjøbing, masterfully blends Nordic and French culinary traditions with intriguing Eastern-inspired undertones. Guests can embark on a culinary journey with our exquisite 5-course menu or explore a diverse à la carte selection of 10-12 inventive small plates, recommending 4-6 dishes per person. We pride ourselves on using seasonal, high-quality ingredients from small Danish producers. Complement your meal with a selection from our extensive wine list, featuring both classic and natural wines for every palate and budget, or enjoy our craft cocktails. Uformel is the perfect destination for a cosy, trendy, or romantic dinner in the heart of the Danish capital, where quality and accessibility go hand in hand. We also offer a private dining room for up to 20 guests, ideal for special occasions or business dinners.
