Ocak

Ocak, nestled on Vesterbrogade in the vibrant heart of Copenhagen, offers a unique culinary experience since 2000. Our name, "Ocak," meaning "fireplace" in Turkish, perfectly encapsulates our mission: a warm, inviting spot where people gather over wholesome, delicious food. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality, health-conscious takeaway and dine-in options, ensuring every meal provides energy for your day without compromising on taste. From our signature sandwiches made with warm whole-grain bread to juicy homemade burgers crafted from Danish beef (max 12% fat) and flavorful wok dishes, we prioritize fresh ingredients and balanced nutrition. Enjoy our great coffee, sourced from Blind Coffee, a social enterprise supporting visually impaired individuals, making every sip meaningful. Whether you're a university student looking for a quick bite, a local seeking a cozy lunch, or a tourist exploring Vesterbro, Ocak provides a casual, friendly atmosphere. We also offer convenient delivery services through partners like Wolt and Just Eat, and catering for both private and corporate events. Discover a menu designed with care, featuring less animal fat, more plant-based oils, and plenty of fiber and greens. Come to Ocak for a meal that's good for you and the planet, right here in the lively Vesterbro/Kongens Enghave district.
