Vineyard: Located in the Hilario area (1550 meters above sea level), 25 km from the town of Barreal. It is a 1.2 ha vine that is more than 80 years old, planted free-standing. Among the co-planted red varieties we find Greco Nero, Barbera, Cardín, Freisa, Bonarda, among others. // Harvest: It is done during the month of March, manually, in 15 kg boxes. // Winery: We select the bunches and pour them into an ovoid concrete container.
