HELP OUT PEOPLE EVERYDAY OUTREACH (HOPE OUTREACH) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Located at 1 Bolo Street, D-line, it focuses on empowering underprivileged and poor communities through job creation, housing opportunities, and rehabilitation programs, including prison outreach.
