Steak house

Ordered food came out cold complained took it back microwaved the steak and mash gave it back. Tasted awful. staff did offer to change the veg but spoilt the meal as my son and nephew were half way through the meal. plus microwaved steak just taste old and rubbery. Anyways as they say it is what it is. Did offer discount but wasn't about the money. So didn't accept.
