I’m a regular customer at Starbucks and usually enjoy the service and atmosphere. However, my recent visit was really disappointing. A lady with long black hair and glasses seemed completely uninterested and wasn’t paying much attention. I stood there waiting to place my order, but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Another member of staff a bigger guy was constantly chatting and didn’t even notice that I was waiting to be served. It felt like customers were the last priority that day. On top of that, I usually pop in after work around 18:45 for a cup of tea, but recently the shop was already closed before the normal closing time. It’s frustrating to see this kind of inconsistency, especially from a brand like Starbucks. I expect better service and reliability as a regular customer.
