Called in for a quick pint while waiting for takeaway indian, but, but, but the Batemans XB was out of this world, excellent pint, perfect head, and the taste oh, best pint of Batemans i have ever had, and i have had lots of real ale, and i am very fussy,. Could not honestly believe how good it was, and i grew up on Batemans.. It was like drinking velvet, Smooth 10, temp 10, taste 10, poured and head 10/10. Turbidity none. Just Devine, Hence 6 pints at £4.20, and wine for the wife, oh did i bore her with my experience and an hour and 10 mins late picking up indian, just couldn't stop drinking it. Well done Stuart , team and kings arms... No not related or on commission, ha ha, just a very very impressed real ale nurd... cheers ... 💥👍😎🍺
