I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The meat was served cold and extremely tough, which shows a lack of proper cooking and quality control. In addition, the service was very poor. Our food arrived first, but the drinks were forgotten entirely and only addressed after a long delay. This is not the first time this has happened; it is the second time I have experienced the same issues at this restaurant. A good dining experience is not only about the price, it is about serving properly cooked food and providing attentive, professional service. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed in both aspects. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made in both food quality and service.
