Ordered a simple jacket potato. Double checked with them before leaving the shop that they had given me the correct one as when he was making it I didn’t see him put salad on it after which is what I asked for and paid for extras too. Assured me the order was correct. Got back with it and opened it up. Was the completely wrong order. Not only that, the potatoe was hard and well undercooked. Asked for another one to be sent to my address as I couldn’t make it back down but said they can’t as they have no driver. Asked for a refund as it was £9 and inedible. Said he can’t but it’s only his daughter who knows how to do it.
