I visited for the first time with a friend and was really impressed by how clean the facilities were. The massage was incredible, and the sauna was hotter and more relaxing than most. I also tried a meat Pirozhok and really enjoyed it. Overall, the experience had a lot of highlights. The downside was a group of very loud guests who were yelling, drinking heavily, and ignoring the “quiet” signs in the sauna area. Their noise definitely took away from the relaxing atmosphere, and staff didn’t step in, which felt surprising for a spa setting. Ladies, just a note that the clientele seemed to be mostly men, in case that matters for comfort levels. If it weren’t for the excessive noise allowed inside, I’d happily return because the massage, sauna, and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were friendly too.
