Naranjo is a wine made with white grapes in prolonged contact with their skins // Fermentation is oxidative (in open vessels), as is aging, which takes place for 7 months in old wood // Varieties: Torrontés Sanjuanino and Torrontés Mendocino Production: 1,100 bottles // Vineyard: The old vines of Hilario have a great diversity of co-planted white varieties, most of them are Creole varieties, mainly Torrontés Sanjuanino and Torrontés Mendocino.
