Taller Protegido Esperanza is a dedicated non-profit organization located in Vicuña Mackenna, Córdoba Province, Argentina. Since its founding in 1999 and inauguration in 2009, it has focused on providing protected employment opportunities for young people with different abilities. The workshop produces artisanal fresh, dried, and stuffed pasta as well as sauces, guided by a committed team. With a mission to improve quality of life, it emphasizes emotional, physical, and social well-being and inclusion. Open weekdays 2-6PM, it is a vital community hub promoting personal development and social integration.
